All returns must first be approved by Candlewic. Return of unopened products must be initiated within 90 days from the date of purchase. All products returned will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee plus freight. The following merchandise is not returnable unless a mistake has been determined on our part: fragrance oils, essential oils, liquid dyes, soap bases, all waxes, gels and wicks. Any product that has been used or partially used is not returnable. Once approved, returns will be given an RA number. No merchandise will be accepted without an RA number or in poor condition. Customer is responsible for shipping on returns unless error on our part. Contact customer service for information on creating a return label and how/where to drop off returns at our facility. Once the return is received and approved, you will be refunded via the payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours after return is received for credit to be processed. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
